Robin and Francesca Holmes-Smith, after many years working for large international companies have combined their retail experience, becoming the proud owners of The Granary Delicatessen, in Watlington in 2002.

Because the shop is small each and every item stocked is carefully selected and every corner of this wonderful shop is filled with favourite ingredients including quality oils, vinegars, unusual herbs and spices, sweet and savoury biscuits and preserves, chocolates, fudge, toffee, and much much more. The tables are laden with a huge variety of breads, olives and cheeses. The Granary is a cheese shop at heart, stocking over 150 varieties, many award winners and many coming from UK farmhouse producers, aswell as a fine range of Continental cheese. Produce is sourced locally where possible - breads from bakers in Oxfordshire, delicious and award winning cheeses from Berkshire, including the supreme champion Barkham Blue, and quality British wines from Brightwell Vineyard in Wallingford.

Award winning foods are sourced from speciality producers around the UK.
