The Fine Oil & Spice Company

The Fine Oil & Spice Company is an independent family run business based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, specialising in the production of fine single estate and infused extra virgin olive oils, traditional balsamics, nut and seed oils, together with a range of boxed spices. Our oils and spices are great for everyday use and make lovely gifts for those you love, even ever so slightly.

We source our nut and seed oils from mills in the Ain and Périgord regions of France, while the base oils for our infusions come from the family grove in the Umbrian region of Northern Italy. The traditional balsamics too are produced by an independent family run mill in Modena, the home of balsamic vinegar.

We believe in quality and provenance in all of our products, hence our insistence on sourcing direct from the groves and the mill owners, and controlling the bottling ourselves. In this way we can assure our customers that our oils and vinegars are of the very highest standard

New for 2009 are Pumpkin Seed; Poppy Seed and Pistachio Oils from the Ain region of France and a wonderfully rich White Balsamic from our friends, the Calcagnanis in Modena.

We also sell the traditional apple crates we use for display but branded to your own requirements, be it a deli or simply 'Nanny's Veggie Patch'. We have also produced a traditional wooden lemonade crate, again available with your own branding and great as a wine rack or for displaying bottled goods in store.
