Loch Fyne Oysters & Restaurants started life as a small oyster shack on the main West Highland road by the head of beautiful Loch Fyne. Our pledge to care for the marine environment was set in stone at the outset and we have led the way in encouraging sustainable fishing and supporting small, high quality producers, fishermen and farmers around the UK.
Due to the success of Loch Fyne Oysters, Loch Fyne Restaurants was set up in 1997. Over the past decade we have expanded and now have sites all over Britain some of which like Henley also have Milsoms' Hotel.
Our wish is to serve top quality fresh fish and shellfish with the minimum amount of fuss but with zest, style and theatre. We are dedicated to giving our guest's great food and value for money. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly & there is extensive use of wood paneling to give a comfortable homely feel. We have taken as much care in selecting our buildings as with our food many of which like Henley are buildings steeped in history.
