Over the past century, Le Cordon Bleu has evolved from a small Parisian cooking school to an international network of culinary arts academies. Today, Le Cordon Bleu is represented by 30 schools around the world, and is attended by more than 20,000 students every year.
Le Cordon Bleu's reputation has endured by actively keeping our courses up to date and industry relevant by constantly adapting to the current and future needs of the culinary industry.
Throughout the two day festival, our London Chefs will be showcasing their gastronomic talent in the Le Cordon Bleu marquee. They will perform live demonstrations consisting of both Pâtisserie and Cuisine. We also have the World Champion Ice Carver, Chef Armando from the Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa School. He will also be performing within our marquee over the weekend. On Saturday 16th May, come and watch Chef Julie Walsh performing a mouth watering Pâtisserie demonstration at 4.15pm in the Celebrity Chef arena. We will also run a 'Petite Boutique' in our demonstration marquee and in the retail arena of the festival throughout the weekend. You will find a broad range of products that will appeal to everyone from the occasional taste-tester to the experienced epicurean gourmet. We will be selling informative books, gift sets, fine kitchenware alongside a variety of food products which reflect the flavor and innovation of the French Art de Vivre.
Whether you are interested in a short gourmet course, or perhaps a career as a professional chef, Le Cordon Bleu staff will be at your service to ensure that you walk away with all the information you need.
Come and share your passion for good food and fine living at the Le Cordon Bleu Henley Food Festival!
