LaPasta is the best expression of the Italian tradition of the "primi piatti". The quality of the ingredients the experience the care taken in making the pasta allows to obtain a special pasta with flavour and texture that only an authentic product can achieve.
All ingredients that go into LaPasta are organic, only in that case can we guarantee a top level quality. We only use flour and semolina from certified organic farms, which is stone-ground. Our fresh eggs are only from the Gallina Livornese breed of chicken.
Lapasta is traditional Italian food, a symbol of renown.
