41 years ago, Carmelo Sardo, his wife Assunta and his brother Lillo started ICS in Vicarage Road, Maidenhead. Quality Italian food and wine that was hard to find anywhere else in England at the time was their mission and still Carmelo and Assunta can be found every day in this amazing shop. Since 1968 the business has expanded into a thriving distributor of food, wines, spirits and many other items that good restaurants, bars and hotels require. Under the management of their sons, ICS now supply a wide a diverse range of products to top restaurants including Caldesi in Campagna at Bray, and to almost 250 other quality establishments throughout South Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

At this years Henley Food Festival, Italian Continental is joining forces with Giancarlo Caldesi to create a little piece of Italy on the banks of the River Thames. High quality Italian oils, cheeses, hams, salamis, olives and many other foods will be available for sampling and to buy and take home.
